Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions section is a contract between us (Teton Performance) and our customers (that is you). 

 Terms and conditions agreement :

• We will not sell any of our customer private information (Name, Phone number, address or pay payment)
• Withdraw and cancel services, can only be made before any work or parts have been ordered. If parts have been ordered, customer is responsible for restocking fees and/or the full amount of these parts.
• Payment must be made in full before pick up or at time of pick-up. 
• We do no tolerant any bulling, hate speech, spam or misrepresentation of Teton Performance on the mountain or off. This includes social media, public or private forums or to family and friends. 
• We have the right to deny services, for OHV or parts or accessories which are not Ski-Doo and Bombardier brands, or Brands listed on our Brands page.
